Getting Past Pop-Up Fear

We can find ourselves afraid of what happens to someone else. Let’s reframe those thoughts as we notice them.
Trust the Healed Self

We want to remain vigilant on our past habit of thought. We review that we don’t want to do that “abd” thing again. Except that means we are focusing on what we do NOT want more than on wanted.
At some point after years of practice, what if we lean more heavily on assuming we are ok to trust ourselves. We have invested in a “new ME,” in gaining confidence and in reliably aligning with Forces of Good.
Reminders of Connection
We are loved all the time. Even when we feel upset. We attract reminders of our connection as we reach for remembering. Sometimes we have more hours of a lower mood than preferred– even as we reach to lift ourselves bit by bit. For a time we are moving toward happiness though we may not […]
Healing a Jealous Habit

We each have some quality that we know does not show our best selves to the world. This post focuses on one woman who chided herself because she sometimes spoke for too long, was too loquacious. She sought help to soothe herself when that “flaw” showed up.
Practice Looking for the Good

Many of us have decided to shift our lives by embodying the Forces of Good, choosing moment by moment to appreciate ourselves and the world around us.
Skip Fighting Back

We wield more power to maintain our composure as we accept ourselves now, both old and new ways of thinking. As we become conscious how one of our own reactions does not create what we want, we shift it as we can bit by bit.
If Alarmed, Pause

Let’s trust the Forces of Good and our personal, divine connection more and more. When we hear news that disturbs us, we take a breath, trusting the flow of life. Instead of railing against, reacting in fear, anger or defensiveness, we look to the flow of Good first. We can feel as though things have […]
